Praise for Gerry Kealy, Wexford

The tremendous efforts made by now retired Detective Sergeant Gerry Kealy, (Wexford),  led to the identification of a Welsh woman whose skull was picked up in a net by a Kilmore Quay Trawler on 3rd April, 2010.

The inquest into the tragic death of Patricia Sarah Abbott (45) of No.5 Bishop’s Park, Pembroke, Wales, was heard at Wexford Coroner’s Court last week.

Dr. Seán Nixon, Wexford County last week praised the intense, dedicated investigation and identification police work carried-out by Retired Detective Sergeant Gerry Kealy.
