Kilcullen GAA — Lifetime Awards

Prior to Christmas, Kilcullen GAA Club held a Social Function in Fallon’s Restaurant, Kilcullen, to present three “Lifetime G.A.A. Awards“.  The three recipients were recognised for giving distinguished service to their local community and in particular to Kilcullen GAA Club.  Award No. 1 – went to Club President, Billy Aspell.   Next award went to Martin Whyte who recently retired as Treasuer of Kildare County Board.  The final Lifetime Award went to recently retired Garda Steve Kinneavey — for his distinguished service and support to Kilcullen GAA over the years.

The Garda Síochána Retired Members’ Association extend sincere congratulations to Steve and wish him good health & happiness in retirement.

Congrats to Stephen Kinneavey on receiving the Lifetime Award from Kilcullen GAA recently. For those of you who are interested in GAA matters, Stephen was an Inter County Senior footballer. Played for Galway between 1974 and 1986, and for Kildare in 1987. He was the recipient of 2 All Star Awards and 1 County title. (Subject to correction!!!!)
