MR BLAKE SPOKE AT OUR LOCAL AGM, HE CERTAINLY HAS A VISION. ACHIEVING THAT VISION WILL TAKE EFFORT BY ALL. THE WEBSITE IS THE WAY FORWARD AND SHOULD BE A FAMILY WEBSITE BEARING IN MIND VARIED COMPUTER SKILL FROM HIGHLY SKILLED TO NONE. THE FAMILY IS THE BIGGEST LOSER WHERE A MEMBER DOES NOT JOIN. AS MR BLAKE POINTED OUT AT THE AGM OUR BENCHMARK IS THE RETIRED GARDA RANK WHICH IS GREAT TO SEE. THINGS ARE CHANGING SO FAST THAT IF WE FAIL TO ADAPT TO THE CHALLENGE WE ARE ALL LOST AS PENSIONERS. GOING FORWARD A SOCIAL WELFARE PENSION ON TOP OF A PUBLIC SERVICE PENSION WILL BE ONLY A MEMORY.
